Since 2019
Our story begins with founder Toby. As a former medical device engineer, he accidentally discovered that adult toys on the market generally have material risks and experience gaps. “Why can technology make mobile phones charge faster, but can’t make intimate experiences more natural?” This question gave birth to xxcup on a snowy night in 2019. The “XX” in the brand name is both a chromosome symbol and a metaphor for the intersection of infinite possibilities.
2022
After three years of secret research and development, the first product using medical silicone and biofeedback technology was launched. We polish every curve like designing precision instruments and examine every touch like treating works of art. Today, the xxcup laboratory has brought together neuroscientists, industrial designers and sexual health consultants, who jointly practice the philosophy that “technology should serve instinctive pleasure.”
