At XXCUP, we understand the importance of discretion, privacy, and fast delivery. This page outlines our shipping practices, including packaging, processing time, shipping fees, delivery timelines, and more.
📦 Discreet Packaging
We know that privacy is important, especially when ordering intimate products. All XXCUP orders are shipped in plain, unbranded brown boxes or padded bubble envelopes — with no product name, logo, or brand information visible on the outside.
- Larger items or multiple-product orders: packed in plain brown boxes
- Smaller items (e.g., lingerie, lubricants): packed in bubble mailers
- Shipping label: Required details like phone number and return address are shown in the “From” field (per postal regulations), but we leave brand information blank.
We aim to deliver your order with complete discretion from start to finish.
⏱️ Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) are usually processed the same day.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- For large or complex orders, or if items are temporarily out of stock, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
We conduct quality control checks before dispatching your order to ensure it meets our standards.
🚚 Shipping Time & Fees
Standard shipping time: Estimated 7–15 business days, depending on your destination.
Express shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.
Shipping Fee:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Express options may incur an additional cost, shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or local courier efficiency.
🌍 Shipping Regions
We currently ship to (but are not limited to):
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, and other selected countries.

⚠️ Note: Express shipping is not available for orders to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska.
📦 Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages. This is normal and does not mean your order is incomplete.
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
If you did not receive it, or if the tracking appears delayed, please contact us directly at Toby-ev@ruihuaevcharger.com and we will assist you.
📉 Delivery Delays & Non-Delivery Policy
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Invalid/incomplete address
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, etc.)
In case of non-delivery:
- For express delivery, please contact us within 1 month of the shipping date.
- For standard shipping, contact us within 3 months.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a solution.
💸 Duties & Taxes
All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Any import taxes, customs fees, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel due to unpaid fees, they will be liable for return shipping and any associated costs.
XXCUP is legally required to declare the correct product value and cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue invoices.
