XXCUP provides simple and convenient warranty service. The warranty terms of different products may be different.

Quality-related warranty claims

At XXCUP, we always put product quality first.

All products purchased through our official channels are covered by our comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase if the product cannot be used normally due to quality problems or manufacturing defects. Eligible orders can apply for free replacement products or compensation of equivalent mall points/vouchers.

Warranty Scope

Warranty only applies to quality problems caused by manufacturing defects (excluding man-made damage or normal wear and tear)

  • Warranty validity period: [Please fill in: 6 months / 1 year] from the date of purchase
  • Limited to products ordered on our official website or authorized sales channels
  • When submitting a warranty application, you may be required to provide photos or videos of the problem as proof.

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number for online purchases through XXCUP
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt from an authorized XXCUP dealer showing a description of the product and its price
    Please note that multiple types of proof of purchase (such as a money order receipt and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped) may be required to process a warranty claim.
  • Warranty claims for product defects are valid for 90 days from the date the warranty claim is filed. Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the original warranty period or the 90-day warranty claim filing period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be paid by the buyer in the following cases:

  • Product returned for any reason (other than proven defect)
  • Warranty claim for merchandise purchased outside of the original country of purchase
  • Unexpected return by the buyer
  • Return of personal items
  • Merchants returned claimed to be defective but found to be in working order by XXCUP quality control
  • Return of defective items via international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process)

Warranty not applicable

  • Damage caused by misuse, drop, water immersion, disassembly or modification
  • Wear and tear caused by normal use (such as battery aging)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels
  • Lost or stolen goods
